Step 1

Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet on the ground.
Grab a pair of light dumbbells and bring your arms in front of you with your elbows bent at 90° and your palms facing you. Lean your upper body back to form a 45-degree angle with the floor.

Step 2

Bring your feet off the ground a few inches/centimeters.

Step 3

While keeping your core tight and maintaining your body's position, start pushing the dumbbells over your head and rotating your arms so that when they are fully extended, your palms are facing away from you.

Step 4

Reverse the motion, keeping your core tight and your feet off the ground.
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
