Step 1

Lie on your left side on an exercise mat with your legs straight and on top of each other. Bring your right arm behind your head and brace your abs with the left arm.

Step 2

Simultaneously raise your right leg and upper body off the floor, bringing your elbow towards your leg.

Step 3

Pause for a second and hold the contracted position, then return to the starting position.
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then perform on the other side.
