Step 1

Wrap a mini band around your wrists.
Bend your elbows at 90° and pin them tight to your sides. Your palms should be facing each other.

Step 2

Start moving your palms away from each other, pushing the mini band. Try not to move your elbows from the torso.
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
