Resistance band Overhead triceps extensions (Broomstick)

Steps

Step 1

Take a broomstick and loop 1 end of the resistance band in the middle of it.

Step 2

Assume a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart and step on the free end of the band with your feet, so that the band is behind your back.
Grasp the broomstick with your hands narrower than shoulder-width apart with an overhand grip.

Step 3

Keeping your elbows pointed forward, squeeze the triceps and extend your elbows.

Step 4

Slowly get back into the starting position.
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
