Step 1

Stand on your right leg and lower into a half squat.

Step 2

Cross your left leg behind the right; your right arm should be out to the side, and the left – across your chest.

Step 3

Bound to the left by jumping off your right foot.

Step 4

Land softly on your left leg and repeat the move back toward the right.
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
